Omaha Children’s Museum sets the perfect stage for a fun and memorable birthday party for your child. The museum offers a party room for birthday festivities, hours of play in its interactive exhibits and the option to include a themed activity.
The museum’s Birthday Party Room is spacious and conveniently located just inside the museum’s entrance. You are welcome to bring food and cake into the museum’s birthday party room to serve to your guests.
This basic party is a great way for your child to celebrate in the museum. Great for a small group, the Playtime Party offers an easy option for a memorable birthday.
Available Times: Saturdays at 12:30 p.m. and Sundays at 1:30 & 3 p.m.
Playtime Party Includes:
- All day inclusive admission to the museum for 12 guests
- Personal party host
- Party room for 1 hour
- Bubbles for each child
Member Price: $200 for up to 12 guests (in addition to member family)
Non-member Price: $225 for up to 12 guests

The Super Playtime Party gives your family the convenience of the most popular birthday times and all the amenities of the museum. Your child can choose one of the themed craft activities to complete before heading out into the museum’s exhibit areas to play. Don’t forget to hop on the museum’s beautiful carousel to make your child’s birthday one your family will never forget!

Kids will "dig" playing with Dino Dough and making Magic Color Dino Scratch Ornaments.
Celebrate royally by making Foam Princess Crowns and playing dress up. Once everyone is dressed up, there's a dance party fit for a princess.
Every party child becomes part of the band of shipwrecked pirates when they make Foam Pirate Hats and have a Scavenger Hunt with Treasure Maps.

The Birthday Party Room accommodates up to 32 guests. If you need a larger space, the museum’s activity room can be reserved for an additional hour for $100. This space will hold up to 75 guests.
