There’s nothing better than friends, fun and an entire evening full of playtime activities. Enjoy our interactive exhibits plus a variety of special activities in science and art that can be arranged for your group. Overnights are facilitated by professional museum staff . The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. and concludes at 8 a.m. the following morning. An evening snack and breakfast item are provided.

Girl Scout Overnights

Super Science Overnight for Brownies
When: Friday, January 29, 2010
Time: 6:30 p.m.-8 a.m.
Cost: $25 per child, $10 per adult
Minimum Attendance: 50 Children

Enjoy a night at the museum while you work on your Science in Action and Senses badges. Make awesome slime, tie-dye coffee filters, blow up a balloon (without using your own air) and much more!

Star Light, Star Bright Overnight for Juniors
When: Friday, February 26, 2010
Time: 6:30 p.m.-8 a.m.
Cost: $25 per child, $10 per adult
Minimum Attendance: 50 Children

Juniors enjoy a night at the museum while earning your Sky Search badge. The night will feature the Runza Starlab and the museum’s cool new Galileoscopes.

Minimum Attendance: 50 Children

Enjoy a night at the museum and work on your Scientist badge. The museum will also have the Runza Starlab (portable planetarium) and Galileoscope (telescopes) set up for viewing to help you earn your Astronomy Belt Loop.
